NetRun ("we," "us," or "our") is a service operated by the NetRun team, reachable at support@mynetrun.com. We provide a tool to help gig and delivery drivers calculate trip profitability, optimize routes, and track earnings.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
We do not collect your precise GPS location, contact list, photos, or any data from your phone beyond what you enter manually.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your earnings, mileage, or run history with any gig platform (DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, or others). We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not show you ads.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use reputable third-party services (including Cloudflare and Supabase) that maintain their own security standards. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use the following third-party services to operate NetRun:

Plain English summary: Use NetRun honestly, pay your subscription, and we'll keep the app running for you. We're not your tax advisor — always verify important financial decisions with a professional.
By accessing or using NetRun ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
NetRun is a web-based tool that helps gig and delivery drivers calculate trip profitability, optimize delivery routes, track shift earnings, and estimate IRS mileage deductions. NetRun is a financial calculation and planning tool only — it is not a licensed financial advisor, tax preparer, or legal service.
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mynetrun.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
NetRun provides estimates and calculations for informational purposes only. The IRS mileage deduction figures, gas cost estimates, and profit calculations shown are approximations. They do not constitute tax advice. Always consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation. NetRun is not responsible for any tax filings made based on information from the app.
Trip calculations in NetRun's calculator are based on user-entered data including payout, distance, MPG, and gas price. These figures are estimates intended to help drivers evaluate offers — they are not precise measurements of actual miles driven, actual fuel consumed, or actual earnings received. Actual results will vary.
Gas price and MPG values are entered by the user and may not reflect real-time fuel costs or actual vehicle efficiency. NetRun does not access your vehicle's data, GPS location, or any external data sources to verify these figures.
NetRun's trip mileage figures are estimates for offer evaluation purposes only. They are not a substitute for IRS-compliant mileage records. For tax deduction purposes, you are solely responsible for maintaining accurate mileage logs as required by the IRS.
The IRS requires contemporaneous mileage records that include the date, destination, business purpose, and odometer readings for each trip. NetRun's logged run mileage does not automatically satisfy these requirements.
NetRun's optional odometer tracking feature allows users to record start and end odometer readings per shift. These records are provided as a convenience tool only. NetRun makes no representation that odometer records entered by the user are accurate, complete, or sufficient for IRS compliance. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the app.
Mileage figures shown in the Summary tab and IRS Mileage Deduction estimates are based entirely on data entered by the user. NetRun does not independently verify, track, or record vehicle mileage through GPS or any other means. Always maintain your own independent mileage records and consult a qualified tax professional before claiming deductions.
NetRun is not a mileage tracking app. It is an offer evaluation and earnings awareness tool. Users who require IRS-compliant mileage documentation should use a dedicated mileage tracking application in addition to NetRun.
NetRun's route planner suggests an efficient order for your stops based on geographic calculations. Actual driving distances and times will vary. Always follow traffic laws and use your own judgment while driving. NetRun is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from following a suggested route.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetRun and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost earnings, missed deliveries, or tax penalties. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The NetRun name, logo, design, and application code are the intellectual property of NetRun. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of NetRun after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
